Path Of Exile 2 gives in to Ascendancy respecs

If your Ascendancy in Path of Exile 2 isn’t clicking, Grinding Gear Games is introducing a respec option with the upcoming restart patch. This feature, part of a broader set of updates, comes with specific requirements. To change your Ascendancy, you’ll need to replay the Trial to earn the equivalent number of points you’ve already acquired, then speak with Balbala or the Trial master near the Ascension device. This is a major boon, especially during Early Access, as Ascendancies, Skills, and Gems are still being fine-tuned, and it’s a lifeline for players unhappy with their final choice branch.

The reset patch, expected next week, includes additional tweaks. Alongside the Ascendancy respec, Grinding Gear Games revealed a new Gemcutting tab displaying all equipped gems and the addition of extra rare bosses to Tower Maps and Hideout Maps to help players meet clear conditions.
