Eleventh Hour Games has officially kicked off the hype train for Last Epoch’s upcoming Season 5, subtitled Rage of the Frostborn. In a community forum post, the developers unveiled the complete pre-launch schedule, offering players a transparent timeline of trailers, patch notes, developer streams, and community events leading up to the official release.

To eliminate guesswork, the team released an itemized schedule covering every major reveal from mid-September through launch day:
September 18: The full Rage of the Frostborn seasonal trailer drops alongside the launch of the Season 5 showcase website. A special developer stream hosted by Mike and a mystery guest will premiere the trailer live at 11:00 AM CDT, featuring an unannounced reveal.
September 21–25 (Hype Week): Four focused days highlighting the core pillars of Season 5 content. The week concludes with the release of the complete Patch Notes, a video breakdown of major balance changes, and an additional developer stream.
September 27: Official reveal of the new thematic Season 5 Supporter Packs, which will become available for purchase on launch day.
September 28 (1:00 PM CDT): Developer Campfire Chat stream live on Twitch with prominent action-RPG creator Raxxanterax.
September 29: Details released regarding Season 5 Twitch Drops and cosmetic rewards.
September 30 (1:00 PM CDT): Final pre-launch developer tour on the Town Portal Podcast with AaronActionRPG to address community questions.
Season 5 Launch and "First Blood" Event
Last Epoch: Rage of the Frostborn officially launches on October 1 at 11:00 AM CDT.
Alongside the season release, players will confront the new threat, Morditas. The launch marks the start of the "First Blood" community race, challenging dedicated players to see who can be the first to defeat Pinnacle Morditas.
