Diablo 4's Lunar Awakening Event Returns with New Rewards.

Diablo 4's Lunar Awakening event is making a grand return next week, offering enticing bonuses like a 100% XP boost and special lunar-themed rewards.

If you're looking to celebrate, the event kicks off on February 4th at 10:00 a.m. PT and runs until February 18th at 10:00 a.m. To join the festivities, head over to Ked Bardu and find Ying-Yue, the leader of the Lunar Night Market, the event hub. Here, you can exchange Ancestral Favor Reputation for Unceasing Gifts from the Ancestors caches and themed seasonal rewards.

Start by hunting for Lunar Shrines, which replace regular shrines during the event. These shrines are decorated for the Year of the Snake. Activating any shrine grants you a 100% XP boost for 2 minutes, a bunch of Miserly Spirits, and an enhanced power. There are seven different effects you might get from a shrine:

- Artillery Shrine – Casts have a chance to summon a holy bomb.

- Blast Wave Shrine – Each explosion summons a cluster bombardment.

- Channeling Shrine – Increased attack speed and a chance to reset cooldowns.

- Conduit Shrine – Summon frequent, powerful, shocking strikes.

- Greed Shrine – Chance to summon a Treasure Goblin. While the Shrine is active, kills summon a Treasure Goblin.

- Lethal Shrine – Chance to instantly execute a struck monster, causing Fear on surrounding monsters. Note: this includes Elites but excludes Bosses and other Players.

- Protection Shrine – You reflect all incoming damage. Damage reflected scales with Level and Difficulty.

While you're out exploring, there are 10 levels of Ancestral Favor Reputation to achieve. Rewards include Ancestral Spark, Lunar Awakening-themed cosmetics, and the all-new Trag'Oul's Consort mount. Some returning rewards are the Lunar Scepter, Moonshot Bow, and Dragon's Tapestry. If you missed these in the past, now is your chance to claim them. Additionally, new premium cosmetics are available, including themed garments and mount armor.
