Diablo 4 x Berserk Crossover Arrives with Steep Price Tag

Published on: 5/7/2025
Blizzard has introduced new Diablo 4 cosmetics inspired by the legendary Berserk manga, but collecting the full set could cost players $150 USD.
The crossover brings Berserker armor for Barbarians, the Skull Knight set for Necromancers, and two Rogue gear options: The Hawk of Light and The Struggler. The new pet The Schnoz and the Warhorse of the Hawk bundle round out the collection. Each armor set costs 2,800 Platinum, while the horse bundle is priced at 2,500 Platinum, bringing the total cost to 16,500 Platinum.
Since Blizzard’s premium shop doesn’t offer a bundle that matches the required amount, players looking to buy everything must opt for the $149.99 / £125.99 bundle for 18,500 Platinum, leaving them with 2,000 extra Platinum. While some Platinum can be earned through gameplay, Season 8 Reliquaries—Blizzard’s new battle pass replacement—offer only 200 Platinum, a reduction from previous seasons.
Community response has been largely negative, particularly on the Diablo subreddit. Many players were excited for the event but frustrated by the high price, comparing it to Overwatch’s expensive cosmetic model. With only a few trophies and markings available for free, many Diablo 4 players feel Blizzard is pushing premium purchases too aggressively.
