Chrono Odyssey Playtest Dates Revealed For Steam

The eagerly awaited MMORPG Chrono Odyssey has announced its first playtest dates during Summer Game Fest, and sign-ups are now open. Teased last month without a set timeline, the playtest is happening sooner than expected, running from June 20 to June 22, 2025, on Steam.
“Chrono Odyssey revolves around time—its flow and its absence—and how it defines the world and its destiny,” said Executive Producer Sangtae Yoon in a press release. “Our new trailer invites players into this story, and the closed beta is your opportunity to explore it firsthand. We’re excited to hear players’ feedback.”
You can request access to the playtest via Steam’s playtest program on the official Chrono Odyssey page. According to an official news post, the playtest kicks off at midnight PDT on June 20 and wraps up at 11:59 PDT on June 22, offering a full 72 hours of gameplay. The post also details minimum PC requirements and answers key questions. Notably, there’s no NDA, so players can share their experiences, but this test is exclusive to PC.
