About
This "Clinical Inferno Warlock" build for Last Epoch is a high-performance endgame setup designed to push 1000+ corruption. It transforms the Warlock into an explosion engine by converting damage-over-time spirits into instant, massive critical "hits."
The build’s power comes from a specific interaction between Chthonic Fissure and Infernal Shade. By utilizing the "Return Below" mechanic, the spirits released from the Fissure trigger Infernal Shade’s damage instantly instead of letting it burn slowly. This creates a rapid-fire detonation loop that scales massively with cast speed and critical strike multiplier.
Gameplay Loop
Open the Earth: Cast Chthonic Fissure to release spirits. These spirits apply Acid Skin and serve as the triggers for your explosions.
Strip Structure: Cast Bone Curse to mark the pack. This ensures every enemy is critically exposed and has reduced resistances.
Unleash the Ritual: Spam Infernal Shade. Because your gloves (Lich’s Envy) remove the mana cost, you can cast these relentlessly. The spirits from the Fissure will cause every Shade to detonate the moment it touches an enemy.
Survival: When things get dangerous, step into the Profane Veil. This denies incoming strikes and chills enemies while you wait for your next opening.
