The build is highly Resource dependant and requires no Uniques to function. While this build does have a single unique added to it, it can function without it. Players will need to adjust for mana, adding mana per second to several of their gear pieces until you are able to spam your Blizzard without issue. The build can be further refined with the use of Mythics like Starless Skies and Harlequin Crest.

Yet even without Mythics, this build boosts powerful AoE damage while providing a significant amount of tankiness for your character and Crowd Control. The only draw back to this build is the time investment needed to find the right affixes to be able to spam your Blizzard skill.

The Paragon Board has been created to allow some freedom and additional choices to be made by the player, but ensures the prime nodes are included for players to follow.
