The Rend Bleed Barbarian is a high-speed, high-damage build that centers on the interaction between Leap and Rend. By utilizing specific gear, Leap has no cooldown, allowing you to jump across maps while your ancients automatically apply Rend’s bleed stacks. This build has achieved ticks of over one trillion bleeding damage, making it exceptionally powerful for both mob clearing and boss execution.
Gameplay Rotation
Mobility & AoE: Use Leap constantly. Because the build features a no-cooldown Leap, you use it as your primary movement tool. Each leap summons ancients who hit enemies and apply Rend bleed stacks.
Single Target Damage: When facing bosses or elites, transition from leaping to manually spamming Rend. This stacks deep bleeds quickly.
Buffing: Maintain your triple shouts (Rallying Cry, Challenging Shout, and War Cry) to manage fury, movement speed, and damage reduction.
Burst: Pop Wrath of the Berserker for tough encounters to gain massive multiplicative damage and increased berserking duration.
Execution: Once an enemy's life is lower than their total accumulated bleed damage, the build's unique mechanics will execute them instantly.

Shattered Vow (Mythic Polearm): Executes enemies when their remaining life is less than their afflicted damage-over-time. This is a massive quality-of-life upgrade for clearing, playing without it will feel much slower as you must wait for the DoT to kill the enemies.
Ring of the Ravenous: A mandatory item that allows your brawling skills (like Leap and War Cry) to apply Rend stacks.
Tuskhelm of Jorvitz the Mighty: Provides significant offensive bonuses while Berserking.
